Terms of use
Practice respectfully.
These draft terms set the boundaries that keep the product focused on confidence, authenticity, and safer communication.
Draft updated July 26, 2026
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use the service. Practice scenarios must involve adults.
2. What the service is
The service provides fictional AI conversation practice and educational coaching. It does not recreate a real person, predict what someone will think or say, guarantee dating outcomes, or replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or relationship advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- create scenarios involving minors;
- harass, stalk, threaten, blackmail, pressure, or deceive anyone;
- develop coercive or non-consensual tactics;
- impersonate or create a deceptive copy of another person;
- record a real person or conversation without required consent;
- obtain covert live coaching during an actual date;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service; or
- violate law or another person’s rights.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access secure. Information you provide must be accurate, and you must notify us if you believe the account has been compromised.
5. Plans, limits, and cancellation
The free plan includes one live practice. The founding plan is intended to include 10 live practices per calendar month at the price shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Users can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Permanently deleting an account attempts to stop its active subscription immediately, but does not automatically refund past payments.
Final refund, tax, renewal-notice, and price-change language must be confirmed for the launch jurisdiction before accepting live payments.
6. AI output and user judgment
AI responses can be incomplete, inappropriate, or wrong. Coaching is a practice aid, not an objective score of attractiveness, compatibility, or another person’s interest. You remain responsible for your choices and real-world interactions.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others; enforce these terms; investigate suspected abuse; or comply with law. Users may delete their account through account settings.
8. Final legal provisions
Warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, governing law, company identity, notice address, and any consumer-law language will be completed and reviewed before public launch.
